About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated World of Warcraft product builder on our ecommerce website, to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will be able to:

  • build services
  • edit prices
  • create offers and bundles
  • build promotions
  • update texts

at your preferred time of the day, for our World of Warcraft section. You will be able to fully manage your day autonomously, as long as you meet the monthly amount of full time hours.

The ideal candidate is a gamer with strong knowledge of World of Warcraft (Retail and Classic), good English communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced online environment. You need to be fast with your keyboard and have talent at writing website service descriptions with good copy.

This position offers long-term growth opportunities, with the potential to advance into coordination or management roles based on performance, including cooperation with our marketing and SEO department.

Our industry is almost immune from AI, making this a stable career that lets you learn a lot about customer service, sales, management, e-commerce infrastructure, and usage of AI tools that can make your job faster and easier.

Example Daily Work Operations

If you are a product presentator, you will receive reports everyday about competitors' prices on our similar services. It may mean having to edit prices or create new offers according to market fluctuations. You also need to constantly come up with creative ideas of new products and bundles to make our website section look alive, especially in accordance with new WoW activities that could be introduced within the game.

If a new patch is announced, you may have to start working on preorders, for example.

You also may have to scroll through our offers to ensure they are all up to date with the right texts and concepts explained in each service with clear and concise text descriptions.

You also need to make sure all of our boosters (suppliers) have got clear information about the service you want to present to our customers.

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Game knowledge of World of Warcraft
  • Fast typing speed in english. If you are slow, you will need too long to build products on the website. If you have lower than 50 WPM, please do not apply.
  • Sense of discipline and reliability. Even if we are working in gaming, we are not a friends group playing games together.
  • Stable internet and good work station.
  • Microphone to communicate with your colleagues when required
  • Confidence at the PC and with remote work.
  • Full Time (160h+ of work per month)
  • Study guides / do research / stay up to date in games where we operate
  • Positive and constructive personality.

If you are unhappy about something, you can point it out to management and a solution will be found. It is possible to also talk with the top management if you are new. We are not a family, but we believe you will work well under stress if you feel listened to and if you have a career path with a decent and honest structure.

Bonus Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor or higher degree in any field
  • Experience within ecommerce and customer service
  • Speak more languages used by customers (French/German/Spanish/Italian/Arabic are the most useful)
  • Being a good gamer could be helpful (but it is really not important)

  • Around 40 colleagues (including development team, customer support, management, marketing) from diverse backgrounds and countries

Monitoring

We use a performance control application to be installed on your computer named “Controlio”. This application is activated by you manually at the start of your work session, and disabled at the end. The program records your activity by taking a series of screenshots during your work. All of our workers have this program installed. You will have access to your own statistics for full transparency.

This system is necessary as we all work from remote and due to your flexible work schedule.

Note: Controlio is windows-user based. Many of us use it on a ''WORK'' related Windows license (on the same computer).

How the hiring process works

If you decide to apply, you have to fill a form that tests your skills with typing speed, memory, english, and improvisation with customer support situations.

Within 2-3 work days, you will receive an acceptance, denial, or postponed-decision email. If accepted, we will start chatting on Discord and we will send you:

  • a game knowledge test
  • another generic test to understand more about you
  • an exercise to build a product (description, FAQs, and similar)

Furthermore, if the results are good, we will schedule a video call where you will be told more.

You will also be able to ask any question.

Payment Systems

  • According to your country and experience, you will be offered our rates, per-support rank. Our base currency is Euros.
  • We execute payouts every month (the 7th of the following month is our generic deadline).
  • Payments can be sent via Paypal or Bank (preferred), or Cryptocurrency in certain circumstances.
  • Every month, your payment could be slightly different (+10% / -10%) according to your performance (such as sales generated), the month’s length (you had more days of work), and the amount of tasks you were able to complete.

For example, some operators work at least 160 hours per month, but sometimes reach 200h during higher intensity periods (a new game expansion or patch could be released, which brings a stronger influx of customers) or because they had to complete more tasks. This makes your payment flexible, as you may also receive bonuses according to your performance and responsibilities.

  • If you show up late or keep making mistakes after numerous warnings, your payment can be reduced.
  • If you are good at the games we sell services into, you will also be able to complete services and be a booster. This adds up to your Supporter payment. It is crucial that you boost outside of your shift without altering your ability to work as a supporter. Boosting cannot become your priority.
