About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Gaming Services Operator & Coordinator to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will be assigned shifts (6 hours) during which you have to respond to chats, manage customer communications, coordinate gaming service orders, assign suppliers, and ensure a smooth experience from purchase to completion for the customer.
You will act as a key link between customers, service providers, and internal quality control teams. The ideal candidate is a gamer with strong knowledge of World of Warcraft (Retail and Classic), good English communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced online environment. You need to be fast with your keyboard. This position offers long-term growth opportunities, with the potential to advance into coordination or management roles based on performance.
Our industry is almost immune from AI, making this a stable career that lets you learn a lot about customer service, sales, management, e-commerce infrastructure, and usage of AI tools.
Example Daily Work Operations
If you are a support operator during a shift, you will receive chats of customers asking to buy a boost in a videogame. You need to reply quickly, let the customer feel given attention to, link him the right service, explain positive or negative aspects of the product, and generate the sale. Furthermore, you have to assign the order to a booster and make sure the service starts in time. In another chat, a customer may ask for a refund. You have to buy time, open a ticket, and wait for a senior to intervene. After your shift, you may have a break and few hours later you could be reporting on competitor prices and talking on Discord with new boosters to hire, creating their booster account and allowing them to pick orders.

Key Requirements
- ●Game knowledge of games in which we are active (special mention to World of Warcraft and Destiny 2) or, at least, be eager to study our guides to become knowledgeable ASAP
- ●Fast typing speed in english. If you are slow, your colleagues will have more work and the support chain will be interrupted. If you have lower than 50 WPM, please do not apply.
- ●Positive and constructive personality. If you are unhappy about something, you can point it out to management and a solution will be found. It is possible to also talk with the top management if you are new. We are not a family, but we believe you will work well under stress if you feel listened to and if you have a career path with a decent and honest structure.
- ●Empathy and problem solving skills. You are going to help (probably wealthy) gamers who want to save time or have fun with pro players. This is our mission at Blazingboost. If our booster does not respond for 24 hours or schedule a time to meet in-game with the customer, it's our problem. We must solve it with a refund, compensation, find another pro, and keep the customer happy.

Bonus Requirements
- ●Have a Bachelor or higher degree in any field
- ●Experience within ecommerce and customer service
- ●Speak more languages used by customers (French/German/Spanish/Italian/Arabic are the most useful)
- ●Being a good gamer could be helpful (but it is really not important)
What to expect
- ●Around 40 colleagues (including development team, customer support, management, marketing) from diverse backgrounds and countries
- ●Each operator has a support rank (Pre-Sale Junior, Junior, Member, Autonomous, Autonomous+, Veteran, Director/Manager). You can progress through the ranks with time and results. Each rank grants you better payments and work conditions.

- ●Structured Wiki material for you to learn, practice, pass quizzes, and apply for a promotion.

Monitoring
We use a performance control application to be installed on your computer named “Controlio”. This application is activated by you manually at the start of your shift and disabled at the end. The program records your activity by taking a series of screenshots during your work. All of our workers have this program installed. You will have access to your own statistics for full transparency. Also, our Chat system allows us to detect your messages and quality of work. Thanks to these tools and Controlio, we can know if you are a great contributor or not. This system is necessary as we all work from remote.

How the hiring process works
If you decide to apply, you have to fill a form that tests your skills with typing speed, memory, english, and improvisation with customer support situations.
Within 2-3 work days, you will receive an acceptance, denial, or postponed-decision email. If accepted, we will start chatting on Discord and we will send you:

Furthermore, if the results are good, we will schedule a video call where you will be:

- ●shown our payment systems and exact rates
You will also be able to ask any question.
To conclude, we will ask you to complete a live-chat exercise with one of our operators. According to the result, we will confirm our decision to proceed with your hiring, or not.
Payment Systems
- ●According to your country and experience, you will be offered our rates, per-support rank. Our base currency is Euros.
- ●We execute payouts every month (the 7th of the following month is our generic deadline).
- ●Payments can be sent via Paypal or Bank (preferred), or Cryptocurrency in certain circumstances.
- ●Every month, your payment could be slightly different (+10% / -10%) according to your performance (such as sales generated), the month’s length (you had more days of work), and the amount of tasks you were able to complete.
For example, some operators work at least 160 hours per month, but sometimes reach 200h during higher intensity periods (a new game expansion or patch could be released, which brings a stronger influx of customers) or because they had to complete more tasks. This makes your payment flexible, as you may also receive bonuses according to your performance and responsibilities.
- ●If you show up late or keep making mistakes after numerous warnings, your payment can be reduced.
- ●If you are good at the games we sell services into, you will also be able to complete services and be a booster. This adds up to your Supporter payment. It is crucial that you boost outside of your shift without altering your ability to work as a supporter. Boosting cannot become your priority.
