Gaming Services Operator & Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Gaming Services Operator & Coordinator to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will manage customer communications, coordinate gaming service orders, assign suppliers, and ensure a smooth experience from purchase to completion. You will act as a key link between customers, service providers, and internal quality control teams. The ideal candidate is a gamer with strong knowledge of World of Warcraft (Retail and Classic), excellent English communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced online environment. This position offers long-term growth opportunities, with the potential to advance into coordination or management roles based on performance.

Strong knowledge of World of Warcraft (Retail and/or Classic), including game mechanics, services, and terminology Excellent written and spoken English Fast and accurate typing speed (60+ WPM preferred) Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats, orders, and tasks simultaneously Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling customer issues Reliable internet connection and workstation Team-oriented mindset with strong responsibility and work ethic Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends or night hours if required
